Hello and welcome to Legends Grooming Lounge. Read on to learn more about how our system is designed to allow our valued guests to choose the level of expertise that is desired and professional engagement. There are three levels of professionals available to choose from. Legends Grooming Lounge developed a system that challenges our Supreme Team of professionals to continue to grow into being excellent in this amazing industry and to step in the unknown of greatness. As the business owner of Legends Grooming Lounge I have developed many tools, techniques, styles, and the essential skills necessary in developing and honing students, professionally licensed beginners, intermediate, and advanced barber/stylists with some of the most sought after methods in becoming a master in this craft. Legends is focused on setting the standards in this industry to model and display all the hard work and dedication it takes to prepare everyday to perform and execute consistently as a team. Our team is a culture of talented, diverse, and amazing individuals who genuinely want to be a part of the bigger goal of building positive healthy relations amongst each fellow team member, guest, and our amazing community while executing high quality grooming services. My journey has concluded that as a leader, mentor, coach, and boss it takes being highly innovative in creating the best practices in the industry. Here each guest will be provided with high quality service standards to ensure that your grooming requests are satisfied. Guests will be assured that they are in the hands of well trained and educated professionals who genuinely care and want the best results of each grooming service. Legends Best has many diverse skills in this craft and has a minimum of 2 years experience of being a professional prior to working at Legends Grooming Lounge. This level of expertise is prepared and always in a place of personal and team goals who are willing to create and engage in change to become their best and live their dreams.
All of our Legends Best Team Members have graduated from an accredited licensed school, passed all the required state licensing tests, and are licensed professionals. Legends Best Team members are consistently working to excel in excellence and be the best in the professional grooming service industry by engaging in the continuous growth foundation Legends Grooming Lounge has established. The foundation of this focuses on the principles of our mission statement which is treating our guests, fellow team members, and the community with excellence. The process of achieving this standard is time consuming and requires constant training, education, refreshers, and engagement to execute. Legends Best team members are amazing individuals who put in a lot of work and deserve high recognition for being willing to step into the world of the unknown, the challenges, the defeats, the failures, but have a common goal in mind of wanting better and believing they can achieve their goals and live their dreams. Legends Finest Team Members earn this Level of Excellence by being consistent in all of the areas surrounding the importance of professional grooming standards. To achieve this level takes courage, failure, discipline, focus, consistency, vulnerability, creativity, openness to learn, positive attitude, and the willingness to be challenged to create the growth necessary to be their best.
All of Legends Finest Team Members have received an Award of Recognition from Legends Grooming Lounge. This is the second highest level of recognition and well deserved. When our welcomed guests take a seat, they receive a thorough consultation that is geared toward customizing each individual’s desired finished look. Guests may receive suggestions on the services, styles, and different products the Barber/Stylist believes is best suited. This level of training requires a minimum of 3-6 months of continuous training and education from Legends Grooming Lounge. As our guest, rest assured that every service professional on this level has extensive technical skills, knowledge, and focus in the grooming services he/she has to offer, as well as product knowledge, reliability, teamwork, communication, professional appearance, high cleanliness standards, punctuality, dependability, and self care. When a service professional achieves the focus of being Legends Finest, they have demonstrated the skills to perform at a high standard and offer guests advanced grooming services.
When the Legends Grooming Lounge Core Values, principles, and objectives have been consistently met for the required duration of time he/she will be eligible to be promoted to Legends Finest. This promotion demonstrates that all the necessary skills have been developed to be at the Legends Finest grooming professional. It is an honor from Legends Grooming Lounge to offer this promotion along with presenting The Legends Finest award of Excellence. Our Legends Finest Award of Excellence celebrates and showcases this high honor of achievement, and demonstrates our appreciation of the continued efforts and execution on a daily basis. Team members who attain this level of excellence have truly earned and deserve this amazing recognition!
